Premiata offers a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury footwear and apparel. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Premiata box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Ship Your Item

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping point as indicated in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
